1 Definitions

Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared device/IP configurations — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 3k77 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending and settled wagers, and forfeit any Balance held in those Accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Any Wager or transaction completed from your Account is presumed to have been authorised by you. 3.4 Account Closure by the Player

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

6 Game Rules & Betting

6.1 Game Availability

3k77 reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game or betting market from the Platform at any time without prior notice. Temporary unavailability of a game due to maintenance, technical issues, or provider-side interruptions does not entitle the Player to any compensation.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Upon termination for cause, any Balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where termination occurs without cause attributable to the Player, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned in full.

12.3 Governing Language
